Ronora Lodge is available for most of the year, from April through October. Some small lodges are also available in winter (closed during high snow season).
All times of year find Ronora glowing with beauty, whether the cranes migrate through in April, the wild blackberries and mulberries ripen in June, or the fall colors change in October.
We look forward to talking with you personally about what Ronora Lodge has to offer. Since much of her grace and beauty cannot be captured on paper or online, we'd love to give you a tour of the land (schedule in advance, for the privacy of our guests). We host a wide diversity of seminars and groups (see the Events
page), so please call us to discuss your needs for your retreat or event at Ronora.
Below describes our meal plan, which includes lodging and meals together in the pricing. If you are looking for lodging only
, that means you bring your own food and make your own meals. All lodges have kitchens.
Ronora Lodge has a reputation for great homemade food. For more than 20 years, groups have been coming back for meals prepared by our expert staff. Menus include the variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, raw vegan, and conventional dishes. Our executive chef, Deej Leggitt, will work with you to plan meals to meet the needs of your group.
Our competitive meal plan rates include lodging in the price, going up to $111 per person per night for our standard top quality meals. Minimum requirements for the meal plan are 30 people at 2 nights (6 meals) or 60 people at 1 night (3 meals).
Pricing may be less depending on the needs of your group. Please talk with us so we can work with you to make your stay at Ronora affordable for both Ronora and your group. We would LOVE to make meals for you!
On the meal plan, lodging generally includes: Trilogy Lodge
, Grandma's House
, Casa de Luz
, Plant House
, and if necessary the Cedar Lodges
. Other accommodations may be possible if more beds are needed. Guests will dine in the beautiful historic Chadwicke Dining Hall
, which also cuts down on time between scheduled activities, since it is also the primary activity space for groups with a room capacity of 150 people. Groups on the meal plan with over 60 people may request Exclusive Use of the entire camp.
(Note: Lodging is included in this price.
Meal options are only available to groups of 30 people or more.)
