Individual lodges and cabins can be reserved directly from our website - through Airbnb. Check out Lodging pages for pricing per lodge per night (prices vary for each lodge).

A Deposit of the lesser of $1,000 or 50% confirms your reservation

Our Waiver form must be completed for all guests.
TOURS

To maintain privacy for our groups tours must be scheduled.

Best times for tours are on weekdays, late April, early May, and late October. But we'll do what we can to accommodate your availability. Just give us a call: 269-463-6315.

We are generally open from mid-April through early November. This may vary year to year depending on advance bookings.
capacity

Because of COVID-19 we are limiting maximum capacity to 64 guests.

Outdoor reception capacity is 125 guests
advance booking
​

Peak months (June - October) usually require at least a one-year advance booking for large groups
-
Off-peak months (April-May) may need less lead time
-
Large groups that need a specific weekend will want to book at least a year in advance.

Preference is given to returning groups who have had minimal cancellations or booking lapses
DEPOSIT POLICY
​

We require a Deposit equal to half your lodging costs or $1000, whichever is lower.

Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your Deposit, the signed Contract, and completed User Agreement.

When two equal size groups are looking at the same weekend, preference is given to the first group to pay the Deposit and complete the reservation paperwork.
cancellation POLICY

Shared Use: Full refund of the Deposit for Shared Use of the camp is until 8 weeks before the first date of your stay. After that, the Deposit is forfeited in full.

Exclusive Use: Full refund of the Deposit is guaranteed up to 12 weeks before the first date of your stay. After that the Deposit is forfeited in full.

Impossibility: In the event of Impossibility due to pandemic, acts of God, declaration of war, et cetera, the affected party may terminate the reservation without liability upon written notice to the other party within ten days of the reservation.
smoking & alcohol

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings, screened in porches and other structures with a permanent roof. Smokers must leave no trace, and there are butt cans outside the lodges. If the activity is religious in nature, please make arrangements in advance so we can insure safety precautions are taken.

Alcohol: If served or consumed, discreet, responsible use is expected. Consumption by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Over indulgence is not tolerated and could result in removal from the property. Open containers are prohibited from the trails, waterfront, lake, stairs to the lake, and most other outdoor areas. Weddings and other exceptions, please discuss the presence of alcoholic beverages when the reservation is made.
illegal substances

Any substances on the property must be fully in accordance with local, township, county, state, and federal laws and ordinances.

If we find any illegal substance, evidence of a substance, evidence of illegal use of a substance (i.e. underage) or otherwise, we may contact the authorities as appropriate.
bed & bath

All beds have a comforter and pillow. Two pillows are provided for queen-sized beds.

Linen bundle will be provided, Sheet set and towel set.

We provide hand soap, folded paper hand towels and toilet tissue
kitchen supplies

Kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, mugs, cups, and flatware

Pots, pans, mixing bowls and utensils are provided

Each kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender

Kitchens are stocked with drip coffee maker filters, salt and pepper

We provide dish soap, dish cloths and dish towels
firewood

A generous supply of firewood for indoor fireplaces and outdoor fire rings is included with your lodging.

For $50 we will pre-build a bonfire for easy lighting (wood included).

Due to the invasive and devastating Emerald Ash Borer, it is illegal to bring in firewood across state lines, and we advise against bringing wood from more than 80 miles away. More importantly, do not take any wood back home across state lines.
tents, campers & rv's

With advance notice we can usually accommodate a limited number of tents, campers and RV's to supplement group lodging.
meals

Ronora catering is available for groups of 30+
-
We do not provide meals for small groups or individuals.
-
We make exceptions for groups of more than 50 people if they wish to rent for just 1 night (3 meals or more).

Depending on group size, length of stay, and pricing flexibility, we will work with you.

The meal plan pricing is priced for everyone who will be eating from your group, including staff and facilitators. They count toward the 30 person minimum, and they are factored into the pricing at the same price as participants.
LAKE SHERWOOD
​

Our spring-fed, sandy bottom lake is great for swimming.
-
We have life preservers, float toys, paddle boards, pedal boats, and a row boat for guests' use.

Fishing is allowed. We do not provide fishing poles, but feel free to bring your own. A Michigan fishing license is required. Proper disposal of fish cleaning is expected.
fireworks, sky lanterns
​

The use of fireworks and sky lanterns at Ronora is strictly forbidden. Fireworks scare the horses, and sky lanterns get stuck in trees or fall into the lake. Both fireworks and sky lanterns pollute the property with debris.
